APEM CAKE Banana

MATERIALS - MATERIALS:
 300 g Flour
 1 tbsp fermipan
 200 cc warm water
 2 tablespoons sugar
 first eggs
 Salt to taste
 three hundred cc Santan
 ripe banana king

HOW TO MAKE A
1. Fermipan mixed with warm water. Put the flour and knead until dough becomes smooth, set aside for 1hr.
2. Enter into the mixture, the beaten eggs. Enter the coconut milk little by little, stirring frequently, give salt to taste.
3. Dariyaki Heat over the fire and then pour the batter into the hole Dariyaki, give a few slices of plantain that has been in thin round slices over batter.

MINI martabak

MATERIALS - MATERIALS:

 250 g Flour
 first eggs
 ½ tbsp GIST
 3 tablespoons sugar
 325 cc warm water
 Baking soda to taste

FOR THE CONTENTS:

 ground nuts, meisyes, grated cheese
 sugar, sweetened condensed milk, sesame

HOW TO MAKE:

1. Beat all ingredients in a mixer for a while, then settling for ± 30 minutes, the dough is ready for baking.
2. Heat over medium heat Dariyaki. Just enter a thin batter. Once cooked, basting with butter and sprinkle the contents and then folded.
