MINI martabak


MATERIALS - MATERIALS:

 250 g Flour
 first eggs
 ½ tbsp GIST
 3 tablespoons sugar
 325 cc warm water
 Baking soda to taste

FOR THE CONTENTS:

 ground nuts, meisyes, grated cheese
 sugar, sweetened condensed milk, sesame

HOW TO MAKE:

1. Beat all ingredients in a mixer for a while, then settling for ± 30 minutes, the dough is ready for baking.
2. Heat over medium heat Dariyaki. Just enter a thin batter. Once cooked, basting with butter and sprinkle the contents and then folded.
